JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting position for a highly analytical and self-motivated Finance Manager is available at a popular South African Retail brand. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support the business during planning and forecasting processes
Coordinate and prepare quarterly board reports
Manage the quarterly JSE controls testing to ensure that all significant risks are mitigated
Make informed decisions by producing, reviewing, and distributing monthly, interim, and annual financial information.
Ensure accurate reporting is done timeously including the analysis, production, and distribution of the reports to various business units.
Prepare annual investor information in line with business needs
Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations monthly.
Develop business partnerships to achieve the business objective and overall budget adherence is achieved in transparent business dealings

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 Years of financial experience is non-negotiable
Experience in the retail industry preferential
Experience in a JSE-listed company is advantageous
Flexible and a team player
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

Qualification:
CA(SA) or CIMA qualified
