SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a creative and innovative Retail Category Manager who has extensive experience in retail/direct sales of products

POSITION INFO:

To accelerate the rate of new product/category introductions, and to optimize the vast level of Intellectual Property accumulated in the business. You will therefore be able to travel overseas frequently to source and select products internationally. Oversee development of packaging materials, print and POS advertising, manage the brand(s) strategy including TV and other media planning.

Essential Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Commercial Degree or Honors in Marketing
MBA would be preferable
FMCG experience - Retail and/or Direct Sales
Creative, innovative and lateral thinker
Ability to sell, persuade and negotiate
Strong in follow-through and multi-tasking
