We are looking for an experienced Retail Media or Digital Advertising Sales Leader who thrives on driving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams and building strategic client partnerships. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy leader with a strong track record in media sales, digital advertising, publisher sales or retail media environments. What Will You Do? Lead and inspire a team of advertising sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets Develop and execute strategies to acquire, retain and grow key advertising accounts Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management, forecasting and reporting Coach and mentor team members to improve client engagement, sales effectiveness and business development skills Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients, agencies and brand partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advertising solutions Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting and operational efficiency Support the adoption and growth of innovative advertising products and self-service platforms Deliver compelling presentations and commercial proposals to senior stakeholders Champion client success, retention and long-term account growth What Do You Need? Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field 5+ years' experience in digital media, advertising sales, retail media or publisher environments Proven success in driving portfolio growth and exceeding commercial targets Minimum 2 years' experience leading and developing sales teams Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing and media sales principles Experience with CRM systems, forecasting and sales performance management Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Commercially astute, data-driven and highly results orientated E-commerce or marketplace advertising experience advantageous We're looking for a driven leader with strong commercial instincts, excellent people management skills and a passion for helping brands achieve measurable business growth through digital advertising solutions.
