Retail Bakery in the Pretoria East area is looking for a Pastry Chef. Applicants must have 5 or more years'' baking experience in a retail / wholesale environment. Must have solid experience in creating a wide variety of breads, desserts, and pastries. Suitable applicants will also have the ability to manage stock and lead a team of 10 bakers. Main duties will include making pastries and baking cakes. Applicants must be well spoken, have good organizing skills and must be able to work unsupervised.
