Retail Sales & Operations

POSITION INFO:

My client is looking for a motivated, well-organized Sales & Operations professional with strong retail and customer service experience—ideally in luxury décor or the building industry.

Responsibilities:

Drive sales and exceed targets
Manage stock and merchandising
Build client relationships and handle financial transactions
Lead a small team and improve workflows
Work with Pastel, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

Requirements:

Proven retail sales experience (with references)
Strong admin and multitasking skills
Confident with numbers and customer service
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
