POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and approachable, making sure every visitor feels appreciated. Help customers find products, offering knowledgeable advice and suggestions to improve their shopping experience. Keep current with product details to answer questions confidently and boost sales. Work closely with team members to hit store sales goals and maintain high service standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required-a positive attitude matters most! Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively. A proactive mindset for solving problems and handling multiple tasks in a busy environment. A true passion for delivering excellent customer service daily. Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when needed. A passed Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
