POSITION INFO:

Are you a results-driven leader with a strong retail operations background? I am looking for a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and oversee daily operations, customer service, stock control, and profitability, etc

Duties include:

Manage all aspects of store operations (sales, stock, service, admin)
Drive store performance and meet sales and profitability targets
Supervise and develop a team including Sales, Store Assistant, Auto-Electrician, and General Workers
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and legislation
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain stakeholder relationships
Control costs, monitor budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives

Minimum Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing (NQF 6)
5+ years’ retail sales/ops experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Strong people management, planning, and problem-solving skills
Computer literate (MS Office, relevant retail systems)
Knowledge of stock control, customer service, and compliance
Experience in automotive retail or related sectors
