POSITION INFO:
Where You'll Make an Impact: Manage store performance to meet and exceed business targets Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve operational excellence Maintain sound financial controls and oversee stock management Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence and operational efficiency Duties : Monitor and improve store sales and profitability Implement operational policies and procedures Conduct staff training and performance reviews Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations Manage day-to-day store activities to ensure seamless operations Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Proven planning and organizational abilities Good understanding of financial controls and stock management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sage Experience Matric Should you not receive feedback within two weeks of applying, please consider your application unsuccessful.
