Have you managed a retail store, led a team and been responsible for sales targets and stock? Our client in the automotive industry is looking for a Store Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation and drive results.
POSITION INFO:
You must have all three of the following to apply: A diploma in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing (NQF 6). At least 5 years' experience in retail sales or marketing . At least 3 years' experience supervising or managing a retail team . A bachelor's degree (NQF 7) would be an advantage. What you'll be responsible for: Leading the store team, setting schedules, managing performance and developing staff. Driving sales, meeting targets and running promotions. Keeping stock available and managing inventory, merchandising and pricing. Managing budgets, controlling costs and tracking store performance. Delivering excellent customer service and resolving problems promptly. Keeping the store safe, secure and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. You should be comfortable using MS Office and retail systems, making decisions from sales and stock figures, and handling staff and customer issues.
