SUMMARY:
Retail Supervisor - George

Our client in the lady's fashion *upmarket retail industry is looking for a sales supervisor to join their dynamic team.

Kindly note that this boutique store is based at George Mall and requires the candidate to work 24 shifts per month (8-hour shifts) including weekends, with closing shifts extended until 6pm)

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Opening / closing 
• Ensure all housekeeping is done to best present the store
• Merchandising - creative skills
• Receiving of new stock 
• Stock takes (cycle and monthly stock)
• Marketing, promoting, selling and upselling full range of products
• Administrative duties
• Sales services to walk in customers

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Matric
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Computer literate MS Office and POS
• 5 years retail experience in upmarket lady's fashion industry
• Proven track record in sales

• Full understanding of lady's fashion (similar to Poetry / Sissy Boy / Rosella, etc.)
• Strong communications skills
