Responsibilities:

Lead and assume full management responsibility for Retention
Check and validate all work carried out in Retention
Managing workload
Managing team performance and reaching KPI’s
Complaints handling
Handling Recruiting and Disciplinary action
Coaching, Training and developing of staff – procedure and product
Assisting with IT optimization

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years Team manager experience
Excellent people skills
Excellent product knowledge
Strong Admin skills
Excellent communication and motivational skills
150 FAIS credits
RE 5

Attributes:

Attention to detail
Understanding “the customer journey” and Net Promoters score
Retention experience
Organized
