JOB DESCRIPTION:

Retentions Agent (JB1798)
Menlyn, Pretoria
R15 000 basic per month + commission in USD
Working Hours – Night Shift – 7pm – 4am
Duration: Permanent

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Stocks and Trading experience
Customer / Client Care experience
Assist clients with queries and troubleshooting
Excellent problem solving skills in both written and verbal
Well spoken
Well presented
Build and maintain relationships

Personal Attributes
Highly target driven
Eagerness and a hunger to learn
Self-management
