JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client is looking for a Retentions Manager to assist in the design and delivery of the retention strategy to maintain market footprint and drive key business outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications
· Completed Grade 12
· Diploma or Degree will be advantageous
Experience
· 3 to 5 years experience in retention, service, or sales within a Contact Centre (essential)
· 2 to 3 years of people management experience (essential)
Knowledge
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially MS Word, MS Excel , and MS PowerPoint - All Advanced
· Ability to understand the environment and systems within a short space of time
· Ability to think strategically and to take initiative
· Good business acumen
· Meticulous attention to detail

Manage high-risk and problematic financial issues in the area of accountability and contribute to the development of policy.
