Retirements & Insurance Consulting Strategy Specialist

POSITION INFO:

Affirmative Action only

The role is accountable for establishing, maintaining, evolving and implementing strategic retirements and group insurance consulting, including best advice frameworks. This role is instrumental in enabling the retirements consulting teams to deliver best advice that improves client outcomes

Solve complex business problems and technical consulting challenges
Analyse information and select best solution from a range of alternative solutions
Utilise credible research, data analytics and insights to inform best practice views
Ability to write and present coherently
Contribute and write for research and client publications as well as articles for the media

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including industry leaders

Relevant graduate degree and post graduate qualifications, with preference to Actuarial Science, Economics and Finance. Preference may be given to: Actuarial Fellow, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualifications.FAIS requirements: Representitive in an advice-giving capacity

10 years in financial services and the requisite consulting and advisory experience in employee benefits.

Experience in:

Retirement fund and group insurance consulting
Developing and implementing technical consulting frameworks
