JOB SUMMARY:
Are you able to successfully achieve annual Retrofit Order Intake and Sales Budgets by marketing, tendering, selling and effectively executing orders on time? As a retrofit segment specialist, you can achieve this by developing customer base by both maintaining existing customer relationship with our client, a global leader in fluid engineering.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications/Experience:

Matric.
Mechanical Engineering Experience in a Similar discipline (Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering advantageous)
Recognized Project Management qualification advantageous.
Minimum 5 years sales
Minimum 10 years’ experience in an engineering environment

Measured by: (Key performance measurements):

Tender cycle time and accuracy
Order Intake
Sales
Order GP
Customer Satisfaction
Health and Safety
Administration / Reporting
Specific Retrofits KPI’s:
- Promote, implement Complex Retrofits
- Promote, implement OHH Retrofit Strategy
- Promote, implement OHX bearing brackets strategy
- Identify Retrofit opportunities in Service Centres
