POSITION INFO:
The Role:

The Reverse Logistics Administrator helps customers and internal departments return products to the manufacturing department. The role will oversee and process damaged or defective merchandise, coordinate the reverse logistics schedule, prepare reports on the status/performance of the reverse logistics operation, and other related processes. The role assists in processing customer returned merchandise, damaged merchandise and parts replacements. Process returned merchandise by inspecting for visible or hidden damage, documenting product issues, and organizing the information for relay to manufacturers. Coordinate and manage Reverse Logistics schedule with the Warehouse manager manufacturers. Correspond via email and phone with manufacturers, customers, and internal departments regarding product returns and ensuring a safe working environment by product is safely stored, staged, and handled.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Vet on a daily basis, requested SAW''s on a 24hr turnaround time.
  • Process approved OBF''s on a daily basis.
  • Arrange collections with 3PL for approved units processed on EP.
  • Track on a daily basis pending collections as per the outstanding aging report.
  • Manage surplus stock that is sitting @ the warehouse (WLN).
  • Manage and Submit Pending Returns sitting PC Status.
  • Attending to all inbound emails.
  • Process approved over boarder returns on a daily basis.
  • Attend to email queries.
  • Vet Depreciation SAW''s on a 24hr turnaround time
Skills and Experience:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Matriculation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification 

Experience

  • Function related experience: 2-3 years
  • Other experience:  2-3 years Report in Outbound Tracking.

Competencies to follow once finalised

  • Reverse Logistics Administrator must be able to handle inbound and Outbound queries from retailers, end user and 3PLB.
  • Reverse Logistics Administrator must be able to handle HHP OBF''s logged as technical tickets.

Reverse Logistics Administrator must be able to handle all GA tickets pertaining to OBF.
