As the Revenue Manager, you will take ownership of pricing governance, revenue reporting, forecasting, and strategic data analysis. You will mentor a dedicated team, influence commercial decisions, and drive revenue optimisation initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor accurate pricing calculations aligned to commercial strategy.
- Lead revenue reporting, forecasting, scenario planning, and budgeting.
- Analyse pricing, booking trends, and customer behaviour to identify revenue-growth opportunities.
- Optimise integration between ticketing systems and financial systems to ensure accurate, reconciled data.
- Support audits, governance, and compliance by maintaining strong documentation and pricing controls.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) – Registered Chartered Accountant (South Africa) (Essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in revenue management (Essential).
- Strong analytical ability, financial acumen, and understanding of pricing strategy.
- Knowledge of automated financial reporting systems and reservation/ticketing system processes.
- Advanced Excel or financial modelling skills.
- Aviation experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work extended hours when required.
