POSITION INFO:
Our client is a leading design and engineering consultancy firm, specializing in commercial, residential, industrial, or healthcare projects. They thrive on collaboration, creativity, and precision, delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Your Role:
As a Revit Draughtsman, you will:

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D models of building services systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical layouts.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders, to ensure the seamless integration of designs.
• Maintain and update Revit models throughout project lifecycles, adhering to company standards and BIM protocols.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Revit and associated software.
• Create accurate technical drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and software developments.

• Proven experience in Revit modeling and drafting, specifically for building services projects.
• A solid understanding of MEP systems and their integration within buildings.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
• Familiarity with BIM Level 2 standards and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
