This position reports to the National Risk and Security Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Risk across Transport, Logistics, and Fleet operations
• Oversee Security and Service Providers
• Plan, design, and implement risk management strategies
• Conduct regular audits of operational processes from a risk perspective
• Perform daily risk assessments and evaluations
• Produce risk and security audit reports
• Develop and maintain a Business Continuity Plan
• Drive loss control, exception management, and investigations across regional sites
• Build intelligence networks to identify high-loss areas and implement corrective measures
• Manage on-route risk and dashcam operations, including affiliated providers
• Oversee the complete Health & Safety function in line with legal and COVID protocols
• Proactively identify and address risks within Logistics and Fleet management
• Engage regularly with operational managers

Qualifications & Experience:

• Risk Management qualification
• 5–7 years of Middle Management experience in Risk Management within a Logistics or Transport environment
• Forensic qualification and/or experience advantageous
• Exposure to Health & Safety management
