POSITION INFO:

Introduction
Our client is a producer and supplier of timber products in Africa, They are looking for a Road & Transportation Manager to lead the transportation & logistics department

Position Specifications :

• Matric Certificate
• Transport/ logistics/ commercial qualification
• At least 5 years'' experience in commercial or logistics management
• Ability to interact with external institutions and customers
• Knowledge and experience in log sales and marketing
• Knowledge of the sawmill and forestry industry would be an added advantage
• Above average knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Knowledge and experience in roads maintenance
• Must have a valid driver’s license

 Person Requirements :

• Proven planning and negotiating skills
• Must have strong management and leadership skills
