POSITION INFO:

Overall Responsibility:

The S4 HANA Group Reporting Consultant will be responsible for the Design, Configuration, testing and Implementation of the Group Reporting Consolidations Solution for the Deloitte North South Europe (NSE) Member Firm.

Primary Duties:

• Design, configuration and testing of SAP Group Reporting on S/4 HANA
• Ability to discuss with the customer and design the Consolidation Hierarchies and Financial Statement Hierarchies.
• Able to set up Data monitor and Consolidation monitor with proper currency translation and validation rules.
• Maintain System configurations by identifying Fiori Apps relevant to Group Reporting from Fiori Apps Library.

• Master data maintenance for object like Consolidation units, FS items and Profit center in Group Reporting through manage global Accounting Hierarchies across clients in Dev and Quality system.
• Validation of Best Practice Content across systems after its implementation.
• Working with Security team for providing role relevant restriction information for users.
• Data loads using Flexible Upload of Reported financial Data and Post group Journal Apps.
• Configuring and execution of Custom and Standard Reports for local and group reporting requirements.
• Creation of FDS documents for Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow statement and Profit Center Reports.
• Preparation of Cutover Activities task documents.
• Preparation of ITC test script documents and the resolution of defects.

Key Desired Experience:

• Experience in configuring inter unit eliminations and Manual eliminations.
• Experience in consolidation of investments.
• Experience in handling new acquisitions, divestures or any changes to the consolidation group.
• Integration experience of SAP Group Reporting with SAP FICO on S/4 HANA.
• Participation in at least 1 full implementation of the S4 HANA Group Reporting Solution.
• Working on projects in highly customized SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP Fiori is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications; 
• 5+ years of SAP Functional Experience, could be BPC or FICO.
• Experience with Internal documentation – technical and functional;
• Excellent written and verbal communications, organization, planning and leadership skills; 
• Strong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skills are a must;
• Experience in dealing with cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment
• Ability to effectively conduct technical discussions directly with Project/Product management, and clients;
