Location: Randburg

Salary: R600,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ERP Consultant with hands-on expertise in Sage 200, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Business Central to join our clients growing professional services team. This role is ideal for a consultant who thrives on solving complex business challenges through innovative ERP solutions — from design and implementation to optimization and ongoing support.

Key Requirements

• ERP Expertise: Proven experience implementing and supporting Sage 200, Sage Intacct, or Microsoft Business Central.
• Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting processes, financial reporting, and ERP-driven automation.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong troubleshooting and integration skills; proficiency in SQL and reporting tools.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage full ERP project cycles independently.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex concepts simply.
• Client Focus: Strong relationship builder with a commitment to exceptional client service.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Certifications (Preferred):
  • Sage 200 Consultant
  • Sage Intacct Consultant

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Configuration

• Implement, configure, and customize Sage 200, Sage Intacct, and Business Central to meet client-specific needs.
• Ensure ERP systems align seamlessly with operational processes and business objectives.

User Enablement & Training

• Deliver clear, practical training sessions to empower end-users.
• Provide ongoing guidance and documentation to ensure effective system adoption.

Technical Support & Maintenance

• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues quickly and efficiently.
• Provide proactive support to maintain business continuity and client satisfaction.

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end ERP project lifecycles — including scope, budget, timeline, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Business Process Analysis

• Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend process enhancements and ERP best practices to optimize business performance.

Reporting & Data Insights

• Develop, interpret, and present operational and financial reports.
• Support data-driven decision-making through actionable insights.

System Integration

• Integrate ERP platforms with other business applications and third-party tools for streamlined data flow.

Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to deliver cohesive, scalable ERP solutions.
