JOB SUMMARY:
Accounting concern, based in Pretoria, is looking for a B Acc/ B Bus Sci (Acc)/ B Com Accounting/ B Compt (Financial Accounting) graduate (completed at the end of 2022) to join their team. They are offering an opportunity for this graduate to do their SAICA Articles. Proficiency in English and Afrikaans essential. Computer literacy, own transport and a valid SA drivers license essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential qualifications and traits:

Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans - read, write and speak;
Must have the intention to complete the full three-year SAICA Training Contract, or the remainder of the SAICA Training Contract if the trainee is transferring from an out-of-town firm, in order to qualify as a Chartered Accountant (SA);
Must have completed a SAICA approved relevant degree from an approved tertiary institution which qualifies the trainee to enter into a SAICA Training Contract;
Must be computer literate;
Must have own transport and a valid SA driver’s license.

Duties will include accounting, auditing, taxation and administrative duties.
