POSITION INFO:

A leading Insurance company is looking for a Financial Accountant who is on their way to becoming a CA(SA). The ideal candidate will be busy with CTA or with their board exams.

Education:

BCom Degree with SAICA articles

Skills/Experience required:

1 â€“ 3 years post article experience
Insurance industry experience (advantageous)

Job Description:

Assist in the setup of the financial processes and control
Management account preparations
Management Account consolidations
Drafting of Financials
Financial Analysis
Project Management;
Management of the General Ledger Accounting package
Prepare Statutory returns
Prepare Tax / Vat returns
Prepare monthly accounts
