Accountant (SAIPA) - George - Western Cape

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for an experienced SAIPA Accountant in George.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
• Completed SAIPA articles (or in process)
• 2 to 5 years’ accounting experience
• Computer literate
  
• Knowledge/experience in accounting systems
  
• Analytical mind, meticulous with ability to work under pressure

Duties (include, but not limited to):

• Review and prepare management accounts in Excel on a monthly basis
• Bookkeeping/ Accounting skills for stock control, creditors and to manage the financial controls and accounting processes
• Accounts Payable
• VAT
• Set up budgets
• Management Accounts
• Depreciation
• Stock Assets Loans
• Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
• Paying Creditors
