South Africa's best and most trusted property investment group is looking for a self-motivated and well organized SAIPA Accountant to join their Cape Town office in N/S.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : PERMANENT
SECTOR : PROPERTY
START DATE : A.S.A.P / IMMEDIATE

DUTIES:

Compilation of financial statements
Monthly processing
VAT / EMP recons and submissions
SARS appointments and queries
Submission of tax returns
Provisional tax calculations and submissions
Growing and maintaining client data basis

REQUIREMENT:

Compt. Degree or equivalent
Completed SAIPA articles
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
Experience with Caseware
SARS experience (advantage)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player
Work well under pressure
Great work ethic
Deadline driven
Valid driver’s license
