Job Requirements:
1. Manage and mentor the sales team on service standards, product knowledge, and customer interaction.
2.Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
3.Develop and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
4.Drive sales by ensuring that deals are closed by internal Sales Representatives.
5.Ensure displays and pricing on the sales floor are updated and correct.
6.General upkeep, maintenance, and attractiveness of the sales floor.
7.General sales administration.
8.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
NOTE: Kindly note that the division has +- 45 employees in total – split equally between the Showroom and Warehouse which are at two separate locations.
Minimum Criteria:
1.Grade 12
2.Diploma in Management
3.Minimum 5 – 8 years sales management experience
4. Strong leadership and supervisory skills
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
7.Must have strong attention to detail, administrative and organizational skills.
8.Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems for Retail
Working hours
- Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00 ( opening and closing duties on a roster)
- Wednesday 07.30 staff meeting
- Alternate Saturdays – 08.00 to 15.00
- Alternate Sundays and Public Holidays – 09.00 to 14.00
