As our go-to Auto Parts Salesperson, you’ll keep the sales engine revving through calls, chats, and killer customer service—while juggling stock, tills, and trends like a boss. Your mission? Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable automotive parts
- Provide accurate product information (specifications, features, and benefits)
- Process sales orders and ensure correct parts selection and timely fulfilment
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and stock control
- Handle customer queries and provide professional after-sales support
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collect payments and ensure compliance with company policies
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies
Requirements:- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Salesperson (auto parts industry advantageous)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
