JOB SUMMARY:

Are you available immediately to start a one year contract with your minimum three to five years sound SAP Accounting knowledge and experience?

Our Client is requiring SAP accounting specialist to support their department of Quantity Surveyors in a one year contract position based at the Foreshore in Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
Matric plus relevant accounting qualification
Working hours 7am to 3pm, and when required be able to work on Saturday and Sunday where the overtime is remunerated
Excellent communication skills
Professional and well presented
Clear criminal check
Well experienced using SAP accounting software and must have advanced Excel skills

DUTIES
Loading of Purchase Orders
Capturing invoices
Goods receipting
Liaising with engineers for document signing and general administration requirements
Liaising with contractors for document signing
Scheduling meetings
Taking meeting minutes
General administration including filing and scanning of documents

Salary: R15 – 20k dependent on experience
