JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Skills Required:

SAP Authorizations skills (+8 years)
SAP IDM know-how and/or SAP Authorization in all modules
Proven experience roles design, and support within an SAP environment.
Good understanding of system landscape to design adequate and governance compliant to secure role design and user provisioning.
SAP Netweaver APAP (& optionally JAVA know-how)

Qualification and Experience Required:

Degree in Computer Systems or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively articulate and communicate the pros and cons of creating an SAP Solution to solve a specific business need.
Understanding and application of standard COMPANY AMW framework or solid experience or knowledge of any other industry standard framework advantageous. (Advantageous)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are a pre-requisite. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
ITIL process knowledge and work experience advantageous.
ITIL Foundation V3 certification is advantageous

SAP Authorisations Applications Operations, Details of Main Tasks:
Project Services:

Consulting of our customers / interface partners regarding SAP UAM functionality, implementation, role design & implementation
Operations:

Applications operations support for SAP UAM
Recording, routing, and monitoring all reported incidents using ITSM to the COMPANY incident management process.
Liaising with other fix groups and other plant based or central support organisations within COMPANY.
Adhering to documented COMPANY escalation processes.
Manage general queries in a timely and professional manner.
Recording ALL incidents using the COMPANY standard toolset.
Enforce SAP security and SAP development guidelines.
Responsible for ensuring SAP security compliance to internal controls and good practice implementation in SAP authorisation policies to mitigate business risk
Role Design
Role Build (Role changes/new roles (single and Composite)
Change of role model
ITSM change ticket creation
JIRA/Confluence
Share knowledge and business process with team members to ensure that handover of tasks is a simple and effective one.
