Top international Company is looking for a SAP BW Analytics Consultant who will be working remotely for a European based company.

Summary:

The Enterprise Reporting and Analytics (ER&A) Developer will significantly contribute to the design and implementation of the company’s Enterprise Reporting & Analytics infrastructure.  As a Senior Developer, you will use your knowledge and skills to develop and implement world-class reporting and analytics. You will also use your leadership skills to mentor and coach other developers within the team to help expand their capabilities and skillsets.

You will use current and future reporting and analytics tools, including SAP ECC, CRM, HCM, BW, BW/4 HANA, HANA Native, SAP Business Objects Suite, SAC and other tools.  This position will report to the Global ER&A TRA Technical Lead.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of architecting complete reporting and analytics solutions.
• Balance of experience in design, architecture, configuration, modeling, data extraction and reporting areas.
• Cross functional knowledge of other SAP modules (FI/CO, SCM, SD, and HCM).
• Knowledge of data warehousing principals and best practice solutions.
• Experience in BW Query designer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have experience working on fast paced project teams.
• Experience working in a decentralized, multi-national environment.
• Detailed oriented, hands-on approach.
• Results and achievement orientated; assertiveness and initiative in driving projects to completion.
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience performing development with reporting and analytics tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed recommendations to the Global ER&A Technical Lead on development opportunities for BI Developers.
• Serve as the backup to the Global BI Solution Architect as needed.
• Analyze business requirements and apply principles, concepts and techniques in developing reporting solutions and strategies as they relate to Business Intelligence.
• Develop/Enhance BI architecture by modeling, designing, developing, testing and implementing the appropriate structures (including Calculation Views, aDSOs, and Composite Providers) needed to meet business reporting requirements.
• Provide operational support for the daily execution of the ER&A platform, including supporting data load monitoring, responding to user tickets, and supporting the deployment of new solutions and repairs.
• Responsible for analyzing requirements and proactively identifying opportunities to utilize ER&A systems to meet business requirements.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and user training when applicable.
• Share knowledge with other ER&A team members to expand collective knowledge of the team.
• Develop reports and structures via various tools: Analysis for Office, SAC, and other tools that may be acquired.
• Supporting SVC end-user requests and handing the support stepwise over to RAS team replacement.
