JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
Excellent understanding of business process and data flow
Experience with technical support of customers and end users is preferred
Excellent communication skills are necessary
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis with a focus on the customer facing aspects of the solution

Accountabilities
The consultant is expected to have a strong Basis background in HANA, Oracle, SQL, DB2 ABAP and Java along with working experience of managing & migrating SAP workloads on Azure Cloud Platform

The position of Basis Administrator (Technical Specialist) is part of SAP Cloud Services Operations team whose objective and responsibility will be to migrate and support SAP systems, and maintain the systems at optimal performance, availability and efficiency.
The person will be responsible for the planning, installation, configuration, migration and maintenance, Build to Run transition, Production monitoring of SAP instances and associated software tools, building best practices around SAP Migrations and performance optimization and achieve continuous improvement through tuning.
