JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree or Higher certificate or in Information Technology, Computer Science, IS or IT
Minimum 6 years in Business Analysis in support or SAP ERP environment
Minimum 4 years solid SAP working, hands-on experience in production/manufacturing industry
SAP Certification(s) will be advantageous
Experience in manufacturing and chemical industry would be highly advantageous
Experience and knowledge on development methodologies such as Waterfall SDLC or Agile Scrum
Business process mapping skills, analyses and data modelling experience
SAP certification(s)
Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365, and MS Visio
Experience in use of MS Teams functionality and running meetings effectively
Experience in IT change and released management processes
Experience in development of requirement specifications and training documentation
Experience in MS SharePoint collaboration tools
Must be able to provide after hours support, when needed or on a shift basis (manufacturing operations)
Overtime required at month-end; completion of deployments or when urgent tasks / activities are required
Must be able to attend and participate in SAP physical inventory counts on quarterly basis
Must be able to travel have a driver’s licence and own vehicle to travel
