SUMMARY:
Our client in the Netherlands is looking for an IT Business application manager is performing day-to-day maintenance, support, and changes to the SAP application. Working in an international team that is located around the world is key.
Client will arrange for Working VISA that include flights all paid by client.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Plan, develop, implement, and test changes daily
• Diagnose and resolve issues in the SAP application
• Maintain documentation for new and existing IT processes
• Focus is on supporting the global organization
• Perform any other IT related functions as assigned
• Participate in requirements gathering and discussions with Business users, understand the business processes associated with the project and collect the requirements.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with the business users to analyze the functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements Use Cases, Use Interface Document)
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and capable of managing projects of various sizes and complexity.
• Support user with SAP function troubleshooting and trainings
• Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams 

• Proficiency in SAP application management
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Working in a structured IT workflow (ITSM, DevOps, ASL, BiSL)
• Good understanding and experience in the SAP supply chain modules (PP, SD, MM, WM)
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and functional requirements.
• Working knowledge of Project Management processes, tools, and techniques in an organization with multiple projects varying in size and complexity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, business users, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Good knowledge of English; both oral and written skills
