POSITION INFO:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Dynamics GP
• Knowledge of integration manager
• Fixed Asset management knowledge
• MS SQL Scripting experience is essential
• Must have reporting skills in Crystal, SSRS and Management reporter
• Involved in more than one ERP implementation, end-to-end
• Experience in the full lifecycle of an ERP project implementation
• Must be MS office literate
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Team worker
• Self-managed and goal driven
• Takes ownership and accountability
• Innovative
• Accounting background would be advantageous

Duties

• Provide support for enhancements, defects, features and reports for ERP systems
• Document and implement software configuration plans for ERP systems
• Assisting existing customers with finance related requests logged via the service desk within specified SLA
• System and business process documentation
• Implement and manage change control processes
• End user training
• Ability to work independently and in a team
