The Role:

We are looking for an SAP Consultant in TAX Team for a fixed-term contract Position with our client based in Midrand and Pretoria.  

 

We are looking for a German Speaking resource for this role, or someone keen to learn the German Language.

 

We are looking for the following:

• Knowledge of TAX Calculation in SD and MM
• Project experience with SAP MM SD
• Integration with SAP Modules for FICO, MM and SD
• Compliance Report writing in SAP S4 Hana
• Understand Cloud integration with SAP S4 Hana
• Understand ABAP Coding

 

Minimum educational level:

• Relevant IT or Business Degree

 

We require a minimum of 2 to 3 yearsâ?? work experience with the following:

• Technical skills
  • SAP S4 HANA SD, MM (preferable) or FI
  • Tools used: ITSM suite, JIRA, X Ray, Confluence
• Functional skills:
  • Agile Methodology
  • Knowledge of good testing practices and processes
• Advantageous:
  • Knowledge of TAX Calculation in SD and MM
  • SAP S4 HANA
  • ABAP /Debugging skill
  • German skills
  • Understanding of VAT

Role Tasks:

• Testing
• Business Requirements Analysis
• 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents (analysing and fixing)
• ITSM suit handling
• SAP Job monitoring scheduling
• Queue monitoring
• Shift work and public holiday work required
• Update Resolve IT / Confluence
• Update technical documents in Confluence
• Support with Go Live preparation and support during Go Live (could be on weekends, late evenings)
• Take over responsibility also for small user stories
• Follow an agile approach (AWM)
