SAP FI Consultant (10 Months Contract with Possible extension)

SUMMARY:
One of our large ICT Solution and Services company with an International footprint is looking to hire a SAP FI Consultant to be based in Johannesburg Offices close to Midrand. The right person will be involved payroll processing functions including support of the HR Payroll Department during the weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll processing cycles, and configuration of payroll deductions.

POSITION INFO:

The right person will be involved payroll processing functions including support of the HR Payroll Department during the weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll processing cycles, and configuration of payroll deductions.

Exprience Required:

5 - 8+ Years of SAP HR Payroll Experience

Minimum of 3-4 full SAP E2E implementation experience

Strong understanding and working experience of payroll processing functions including support of the HR Payroll Department during the weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll processing cycles, configuration of payroll deductions (for benefits etc.)

Strong working experience with OM, PA, Time management and Payroll processes, PCR’s and Schemas.

Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems

Experienced in running client workshops in order to gather the requirements

Able to translate business requirements into solutions including configuration with associated testing

Experience in preparation of solution documents (Config rationale, function specs, test scripts)

Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation

Ability to work within a team environment.

Education and Nice to HAVE:

Completed Nation Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Sciences.

ABAP knowledge to de-bug and identify any interrelated issues

SAP HANA experience would be an added advantage

Experience with merger & acquisitions and/or divestment projects would be advantageous

Additional Info

The candidate will support the SAP HR Payroll module and integrated systems that support the operations. The candidate will need to develop a clear understanding of the current SAP Environments and configure SAP solutions that will support immediate business requirements.

Skill set includes extensive knowledge in SAP HR Payroll data and configuration; Strong understanding integration points as they relate to Finance, Plant Maintenace, ESS, MSS.
