POSITION INFO:
Upgrade the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund – Botswana''s SAP ECC system to S/4HANA
SAP FSCD Consultants will be expected to;
a) Processes mapping (blueprint documentation) for all the modules
b) Design adequate testing scenarios and schedules for all existing business processes (including integration testing)
c) Coordinate all testing requirements for a fully upgraded system. Testing must include, but not limited to:
i) Unit testing
ii) Users acceptance testing
iii) Integration testing
iv) Regression testing
v) Performance testing
d) . resolve issues picked during testing
e) Super users training
Training and Skills/knowledge transfer
a) Provide super-users
b) knowledge transfer to the Project team during migration and system configuration
Documentation requirements
a) To provide documentation of all software, data files, functional specification, technical specification, training manuals, system procedure manuals or any other materials developed through this project
Post implementation support
Post implementation defects liability period should be clearly specified. Post implementation support will be arranged to commence after the defect’s liability period.
The following will be achieved during the project:
1) Technical upgrade
a) Implementation of Financial Services Collections and Disbursements (FSCD) to handle financial processing
b) Migration of SAP ECC and CRM to an appropriate option on the S/4 HANA platform
c) Database migration – installation and configuration of HANA database from Microsoft SQL server.
d) Database migration from SAP MaxDB used as a claims content management system to an appropriate alternative within SAP S/4 HANA platform
e) Configuration of the SAP Production Disaster recovery
f) Custom code analysis, conversion and management
g) Data conversion and migration from the current systems to SAP HANA
h) Security – configuration of the basic systems security features provided for S/4 HANA
i) Implement an appropriate solution for interfacing with all implemented third party systems
j) Recommend a backup and recovery strategy as per SAP best practices
