SAP HR Success Factors Operations Consultant (1416)

POSITION INFO:
The Role:

We are looking for an SAP HR Success Factors Operations Consultant for a 12-month fixed term contract Position with our client based in Centurion/Pretoria.

 

Willing and able to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time (Internationally) with a Valid Driverâ??s License.

 

 

Minimum educational level:

• IT Degree or relevant
• Certified SAP SF (Learning, Recruiting, Employee Central)

 

 

We require a minimum of 5 yearsâ?? work experience in the following:

• SAP HCM knowledge (data model)
• Basic Knowledge of SAP HCI (integrations)
• Experience across all SAP modules (advantage)
• Min 5 yearsâ?? experience exposed to user applications
• Min 4 years ABAP programming, 2 yearâ??s systems analysis
• Automotive, Motor or related manufacturing experience
• S/4HANA Functional experience will be advantageous
• Solution Manager experience will be advantageous
• SAP HCM on premise knowledge
• Plateau Report Designer
• Online Report Designer
• SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• Basic software development skills (debugging)
• German speaking advantage
• Start-up Management experience
• Experience in application operations in a very complex environment

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fair knowledge across all SAP modules
• Initial focus on master data
• Ability to assist with problem identification and possible solution by means of skills such as code debugging
• The following functional skills are essential:
• Documentation of as-is and to-be business processes
• Coordinate with other module SAP
• Consultants for Integration requirements
• Provide System Proposal / System Design
• Specifications to Technical team for any
• Customized developments objects
• Preparation of test cases and user manuals
• Support experience
