SUMMARY:
Gijima Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced SAP OM/PA ECC & SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
This contract opportunity is suited to a highly experienced SAP HCM professional who will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, enhancement, integration, support, and optimisation of SAP Human Capital Management solutions across SAP ECC HCM and SAP SuccessFactors landscapes.
The successful candidate will act as the functional bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that organisational management, personnel administration, employee master data, HR processes, and talent management solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The role also supports HR transformation initiatives and manages integrations between SAP ECC HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, third-party Time and Attendance systems, and other enterprise applications.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP HCM. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification. Experience 8-15 years of SAP HCM experience. Minimum 5 years' SAP OM\/PA configuration experience. Minimum 3 years' SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience. Proven end-to-end SAP implementation experience. Experience supporting and enhancing SAP HCM solutions within global HR environments. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain organisational structures. Maintain Organisational Units, Jobs, Positions, Tasks, and Reporting Relationships. Define evaluation paths and organisational workflows. Configure object relationships and organisational assignments. Manage position management structures and workforce planning requirements. Support organisational restructures, mergers, and acquisitions. Understand the specific business needs of business stakeholders. Act as the functional application consultant by providing expertise in the business processes supported by the applications. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop business requirements. Provide detailed functional definitions on how the applications will support business requirements. Conduct impact analyses of business requirements on the system. Analyse, determine, and document system requirements. Ensure the software supports business requirements. Promote customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships. Coordinate the design and development of work estimates. Organise and prepare work effectively to facilitate proactive problem resolution. Communicate accurate project status, deliverables, risks, and issues. Support test planning and participate in test execution and reviews. Support the creation and review of production technical cutover deliverables. Perform systematic testing and evaluation of Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs). Perform regular system audits to detect deviations from established procedures, role mapping, and unauthorised system activity, and report findings. Assist with the creation of validation procedures, plans, and reports. Provide second-level support for application and integration-related issues. Prepare project documentation, including functional and technical designs and test scripts throughout the project lifecycle. Perform SAP Note implementations (Functional & Security).
