Calling on all SAP Payroll Specialists from the Manufacturing industry. A manufacturing powerhouse based in Randburg is on the lookout for a Payroll Specialist who can lock down the numbers and secure employee satisfaction. POSITION INFO:
Your Daily Patrols Will Include:

Full payroll processing function, for large-scale teams (perm & contract staff)
SAP record maintenance, time management and authorizations
Benefits management (medical aid, pension, bonuses & 13th cheques)
Employee engagement & support (bring that EQ and people-first mindset)
Ensuring compliance with payroll policies, tax and labour laws
Advanced Excel wizardry for reporting & analysis

You’ll Need To Bring:

A relevant BCom Degree
5+ years’ experience in a full payroll function role
Strong SAP knowledge – non-negotiable!
Advanced MS Excel skills
Attention to detail that even a guard dog would envy
