Our client is seeking an exceptional SAP Programme Manager to lead the next phase of its SAP S/4HANA transformation journey. This is a strategic leadership role for an individual who can bridge business and technology, ensuring that SAP investments translate into measurable business value through strong governance, stakeholder engagement, data excellence, and transformation leadership.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline. PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification. Experience Required Minimum 15 years' experience leading large-scale SAP programmes and enterprise transformation initiatives. Extensive SAP S\/4HANA programme leadership experience. Experience with SAP applications such as SAP S\/4HANA, Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere and related enterprise technologies. Proven experience leading end-to-end business transformation programmes. Strong experience in value realisation, governance and benefit tracking. Experience planning and delivering SAP S\/4HANA upgrades across on-premise and cloud environments. Practical knowledge of SAP Activate or equivalent delivery methodologies. Strong understanding of clean-core principles and process standardisation. Experience with enterprise data governance, analytics, KPI development and performance measurement. Exposure to AI, automation, predictive analytics or digital transformation initiatives. Experience managing complex multi-vendor environments. Provide executive reporting on programme performance and value delivery. SAP Transformation Leadership Drive SAP S\/4HANA optimisation and continuous improvement. Lead value realisation initiatives across the business. Support cloud transformation programmes. Ensure business processes, data and solution decisions align with future-state objectives. Promote clean-core principles and process standardisation. Business and Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with: Executive Leadership (Exco) CIO Business Sponsors Finance Leadership Supply Chain Leadership Operational Business Leaders Architects External Vendors IT Leadership Drive delivery through influence, collaboration and trusted partnerships. Data, Analytics and AI Enablement Provide strategic oversight of: Master Data Governance Enterprise Data Quality Business Data Cloud initiatives Data model alignment KPI and reporting frameworks Analytics enablement Automation opportunities AI readiness and future AI adoption Experience scaling AI initiatives from pilot to production will be highly advantageous. Commercial and Vendor Management Manage vendor relationships and delivery performance. Support Statements of Work, commercial evaluations and business cases. Monitor budgets, risks, schedules and contractual deliverables. Ensure quality outcomes across multiple implementation partners.
