PERMANENT POSITION

We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of projects and related services for our clients. The SDM must have excellent planning and business acumen - He/she must have exceptional ability to plan and implement service delivery processes. In addition, the SDM must have a keen eye for identifying business opportunities, developing business case and translating such plans into solutions to improve service delivery.

• ·         The SDM will be responsible for mapping the solution to business requirements within the standards framework and program principles in place in the industry and the client environments.
• The SDM will actively own service risks, control service costs and improve productivity of high complexity contracts for customers and to continually improve cost effectiveness.
• ·         The SDM will ensure adherence to SAP leading practices and ensure business value is delivered in accordance with business transformation objectives of the various clients.
• The SDM will lead the solution architecture to align solution design within defined standards.
• The SDM will direct the project teams towards solutions that align with agreed guiding principles, strategy and destination architecture, and ensures that documentation, deliverables, and governance follows standard architecture management processes and delivers expected client results.

Formal Education & Certification

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• SAP Solution Manager / Architect Certification.
• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• ITIL Certification.
