The Role:

We are looking for an SAP Success Factors Learning Consultant for a 12-month fixed term contract Position with our client based in Centurion/Pretoria.

 

Willing and able to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time (Internationally) with a Valid Driverâ??s License.

 

Minimum educational level:

• Degree in IT or relevant experience
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification
• SAP SuccessFactors (Learning as definite requirement, further knowledge in Employee Central desired)

 

We require a minimum 4 yearsâ?? work experience in:

• Certified SAP SF Learning consultant
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learn
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Basic software development skills (debugging)
• SAP HCM knowledge (data model)
• Basic Knowledge of SAP HCI (integrations)
• Start-up Management experience
• Experience in application operations in a very complex environment
• ITIL skills
• Problem handling knowledge (advanced ITIL, basic ITPM)
• Good knowledge of SAP support processes (e.g. incident management)

Advantageous:

• Plateau Report Designer
• Online Report Designer
• SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• Agile methodology and Jira / Confluence tools
• Remedy (ITSM)
• Specific knowledge (ITPM, HP ALM, TPA Tool, JIRA)
• SAP HCM on premise knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities:

SuccessFactors

• Understand Template for SSF cloud base solution
• Understand Business Requirements
• Operational Support to Business
• Validate and document requirements against Template to be presented to headquarter for decision
• Check dependencies of the requested changes and align with Maintenance Application manager
• Align with Functional Consultants and Developers of the team and the maintenance team
• Create / check Test cases
• Support with Go Live preparation and support during Go Live (could be on weekends, late evenings)
• Develop solution and prepare for User Acceptance Test
• Ensure proper documentation (Design, Technical documents)
• Follow AWM / ITPM approach

Incident Management

• 1st level ASC/USC and/or Key User
• 2nd level to Provider

Event Management

• Monitoring of jobs, interfaces
• Autonomous correction of technical defects
• Communication with the department heads concerning data errors

Problem Management

• Root cause analysis of recurring issues
• Demonstration of optimization potentials
• Analysis of core data in EC and HCM

User and Authorizations Management

• Account creation
• Process of permission assignment
• Administration of roles and user groups

Communication

• Planned and unplanned downtime communication
• Regular exchange with the maintenance organization
• System Outages or Degradation
• Communication with then central team (Business and IT) and Key Users

Knowledge Management

• Creation and update of Resolve IT Solution
• Creation and update of FAQs
• Creation and update of Operations manuals

SLA Reporting

Operation takeover

• Start-up Management
• Creation and Review of ORI

Service Requests

• Copy of systems
• Change of certificates
• Mass data loads
