SUMMARY:
A leading organisation in the mining, manufacturing, and petrochemical sectors is seeking an experienced and technically strong SAP Super User / Specialist to join their team in Rosebank. This role is ideal for an advanced SAP user with a deep understanding of key SAP modules and end-to-end process integration.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the SAP subject matter expert, supporting business users across various departments.
- Provide hands-on support and training to users on SAP ECC, MM, VM, and Ariba modules.
- Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
- Assist with data management, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Drive end-user adoption and ensure optimal utilisation of SAP functionality.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and the roll-out of SAP changes or upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and user experience.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:- 7–10 years of experience as a SAP Super User or Specialist.
- Strong expertise in SAP ECC, Materials Management (MM), Vendor Management (VM), and SAP Ariba.
- Experience within the mining, manufacturing, or petrochemical industries preferred.
- Solid understanding of business processes and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to train and support diverse business users effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
