POSITION INFO:

Vendor Invoicing Management (VIM):

• Work with outside partners in the full implementation of the Vendor Invoicing Management across the Barloworld Business.
• Lead the business in decisions and operations of the system from Blue Print to GO-LIVE and ensuring that all Post Go-Live issues are resolved.

• Vendor Invoicing Management (VIM):

    • Account payable client requirement gathering.
    • Designed, customized and implemented SAP VIM Solution
    • Documented accounts payable requirements designed functional specification
    • OpenText VIM and ICC troubleshooting
    • ICC batch jobs scheduling and monitoring
    • Maintained VIM Roles
    • OpenText VIM workflow troubleshooting
    • Designed and updated swim lames per business process
