SUMMARY:
The Role:

We are looking for an SAP WM Functional Consultant for a 12-month fixed term contract Position with our client based in Centurion/Pretoria.

 

Willing and able to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time (Internationally) with a Valid Driverâ??s License.

We are looking for an SAP WM Functional Consultant for a 12-month fixed term contract Position with our client based in Centurion/Pretoria.

 

Willing and able to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time (Internationally) with a Valid Driverâ??s License.

 

Minimum educational level:

• Degree in IT or relevant experience
• SAP WM Certified

We require a minimum 10 yearsâ?? work experience in:

• Understanding the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for Business Blue Print document
• Understanding of WM processes in China BBA SAP
• Configuration of SAP WM module
• Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing
• Preparation of Master Data templates for various WM related objects. Integration
• testing with other related SAP modules
• Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners
• Go-live preparation and post Go-live support
• Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails
• Handling Tickets and Tasks with the responsibility for closing the same within defined SLAâ??s (Service Level Agreements)
• Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support
• Executing the required changes through configuration
• Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
• Raising Change Requests (CRâ??s) and writing System Proposals System Designs for them
• Preparing test data for testing of CRâ??s (Change Requests)
• Testing CRâ??s (Change Requests) and preparing test results
• Carrying out regression testing
• Interact with consultants of other modules
• China BBA Logistics experience would be an added advantage
Skills and Experience:

• Design and developing new systems / functionality
• Creation of documents with regards to all system changes
• Strong business process understanding including:
• Grasp business processes

• Able to give clear instructions to development team
• Able to develop system proposal system design documentation and processes
