• Balance sheet
• Cash flow
• Compiling and submission of the annual budget
• Capex budget against cost
• Project cashflows actual against budget
• Review cost center
• Advise cost center managers on
• Tender Review & Qualifications on large projects
• Review of project costs and margins
• Closing of projects on ERP
• Monthly management report to Head Office & shareholders
• Managing project control audits
• Review analysis and report on the proposed new
• Follow strict procedures and processes dictated by

• New vehicle documentation
