POSITION INFO:

PBT Group has an opportunity for 2 SAS Developers to support us in completing the integration leg of the project. The resources will support the existing BAU team with their support to business.

�

Skills and Experience Required:

• 4+ years - SAS (Base and Enterprise guide)
• 1+ year – SAS Viya
• Previous telco industry experience preferred.
• Strong SQL skills
• Data Mining / Data Modelling
• Computer proficiency – Excellent computer skills to work with a variety of software programs, SAS software in particular.

• Programming – Ability to write in multiple computer programming languages, most commonly SQL and Visual Basic
• Communication skills – Must be able to collaborate with team members, internal data providers and internal customers. Both verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Time management – Time management skills to prioritize work tasks and meet deadlines.
• Perseverance – Ability to take tasks from initiation to implementation.
• Analytical thinking – Strong analytical skills to understand the data they are studying, interpreting the issue / solution and deliver a business fit solution.
• Attention to detail – Strong attention to detail to ensure they can get to the bottom of the requirement and solution.

Qualifications/ Certification:

• A degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Business Administration / Commerce or equivalent
