Job Summary: Ensure organizational effectiveness and client satisfaction through the effective sourcing and placement of suitable candidate Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Administration of Recruitment Procedures ● Receive notification of all current vacancies ● Identify and utilize available recruitment system resources to source suitable candidates ● Ensure specified deadlines are adhered to ● Perform reference checks on applicants as per business requirements ● Liaise with Service providers to ensure up to date information is provided ● Resolve queries from Service providers timeously ● Coordinate logistics surrounding psychometric assessments ● Coordinate and resolve all queries surrounding Driver Assessments ● Standardise reference checking procedure across the business ● Maintain standard reference guides across all business units ● Maintain guidelines for HR\/Line Managers on reference checking ● Maintain interview guides for all job titles ● Ensure all vacancies on e-recruitment are processed timeously ● Handle all queries related to e-recruitment and escalate to TA Team Leader where relevant ● Create and maintain an automated recruitment pool of candidates Recruitment ● Conduct preliminary assessments on candidate's compatibility, cultural fit and readiness, setting realistic role expectations ● Analyse the Heat Map on required positions and ensure that the recruitment pool can consistently provide candidates for positions on the Heat Map ● Attend\/conduct interviews or competency-based interviews as per business requirements ● Shortlist suitable candidates via processes set in place Monitor Quality of Recruits and Potential Candidates ● Establish and maintain a database of suitable candidates to refer to when necessary ● Standardise interview process flow for Route to Market businesses ● Review processes for continuous efficiency and make recommendations to Talent Acquisition Team Leader regarding suggested improvements ● Identify ways to improve current recruitment solutions and provide continuous feedback to TA Team Leader Reporting ● Monitor and provide feedback on processes and procedures ● Provide feedback through reports and communication to relevant stakeholders ● Keep abreast of trends and developments ● Communicate insights to relevant stakeholders ● Identify problems and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures ● Compilation of monthl
